About Crossfit Kaiju

 our Mission.

You’re more than just a number here, we know everyone by name. We’ve built a supportive community of like-minded people who show up for each other and are committed to living healthier lives, without judgment or criticism.

Our programming is exciting, challenging, and always varied to keep things fun and engaging. Workouts are published in advance, with some days focused on building strength through foundational movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and occasional Olympic lifts. With other days focused on aerobic output.
